• Applicants should have scanned copies of their photograph and signature according to the required specifications.

IBPS RRB Apply Online Steps for the IBPS RRB Exam 2022

The application form can only be filled via online mode. For submitting the application form, candidates should visit the official site of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) and click the link for applying online for IBPS RRB CRP.

The steps to fill the IBPS RRB 2021 Online Application Form are given below.

Step 1: Fill the Basic Information

To start the registration, candidates should click on the registration link for IBPS RRB Online and fill their name, email id, contact details, etc. After submitting all the details successfully, candidates should note down the system generated Registration Number and Password along with verification email and SMS.

Candidates must make sure that no mistake must be made while filling in the application form. The IBPS RRB Apply online procedure once complete, no changes will be allowed to be made in the application form. If the case of discrepancy, the candidate is liable to be removed from the recruitment procedure at any time.

Step 2: Photograph and Signature uploading

Apart from the basic information, candidates have to upload the scanned copy of their signature and photograph of required dimension.

Photograph Specification:

• A recent and coloured photograph of the candidate is required, which is clicked against light and white background.
• 200 * 230 pixels is the preferred dimension, and the file size should be between 20 to 50 kb.

Signature Specification:

• The applicant should sign on a white paper with a black ink pen, and the signature should not be in capital letters.
• If the signature of the applicant does not match with the candidate’s signature in the answer script during the exam, the candidate will be disqualified.
• 140 * 60 pixels is the preferred dimension, and the file size should be between 10 to 20 kb.

Step 3: Uploading the Basic Details

• Details: Applicants have to select the post he wants to apply, either Officer (Scale I, II, or III) or Officer Assistant. Candidates also need to select the circle and state from where they are applying. Also, the category to which they belong. Candidates also have to enter their temporary and permanent address.
• Language and Educational Qualification: Applicants have to fill the details about their graduation and school marks, grade and year of passing. Applicants have also to provide the information related to the language they know and its marks scored in class 10.

Step 4: Recheck the Information filled

Once the applicant has filled in all the required information, he/she needs to ensure that the data mentioned in the IBPS RRB application form is correct. If the conducting body finds any discrepancy in the recruitment process, they reserve the right to cancel the applicant’s application.

After the final submission, no changes can be made in the IBPS RRB registration form. So, candidates must make sure that before paying the application fee, they recheck their application form carefully.

Step 5: Uploading Thumb Impression & Written Declaration

A scanned copy of the candidate’s left-hand thumb impression has to be uploaded in the application form. The scanned image of the thumb impression must not be smugged.

Also, a hand-written declaration has to be uploaded which has to be written in English only; else the application shall stand invalid. The declaration shall state:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application
form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Step 6: Fee Payment

The payment for appearing in IBPS RRB can only be made online. Debit cards, Internet Banking, Credit Card, Mobile Wallet/Cash cards, IMPS can be used for the online payment.

After completing the payment method application form and e-receipt will be generated which the candidate should take a printed copy and if the payment method is not successful, register again. Ensure to keep a copy of the Application form after the final submission. The concerned RRB may ask for it in the future.
