The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts National Eligibility Test (NET) on behalf of University Grants Commission (UGC). It is also known as UGC NET Exam which is held twice each year to select candidates for Associate Professors or both Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Associate Professors in various universities and colleges across India.
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has issued the Admit Card of candidates for University Grants Commission’s National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) to be conducted at different centers across the country. CBSE UGC NET Admit Card 2018 will be released in June 2018. The paper will be conducted by the CBSE on July 2018. It will be held across 91 exam centers across India. Candidates who will appear for the UGC NET online exam in July 2018 will be able to download their UGC NET Admit Card from the official website of CBSE NET.
Candidates who are willing to appear for the examination must download their UGC NET online exam Admit Card as it is a mandatory document and candidates failing to provide NET admit card will not be permitted to enter the exam hall.

To download the UGC NET Admit Card 2018, candidates will have to login to the official website of NET entrance exam with their application number & password.
The exam center, allocated venue of the examination, details of the candidates, and other important details will be mentioned on the NET Admit Card 2018.
UGC NET Admit Card 2018
The Admit Card for UGC NET online exam on July, 2018 will be released soon. Candidates must note that the NET Admit Card will not be available offline. It will be available to the candidates only via online mode. Candidates will need to carry a hard copy/ printout of the UGC NET admit card in the examination hall. Steps to Download UGC NET Admit Card
Candidates can follow the steps mentioned below to download their UGC NET Admit Card.
Step 1: Go to the official website of CBSE NET.
Step 2: Click the link to download the UGC NET Admit Card.
Step 3: Enter the Application Number and Password.
Step 4: Click the ‘Login’ button.
Step 5: Check the details and download the admit card.
Step 6: Take a printout of the UGC NET admit card.
Important Instructions in the UGC NET Admit Card
Certain important instructions given by CBSE in the NET admit card are mentioned below.
- Cell phones, metal objects, bags, etc are strictly prohibited in the exam hall.
- Candidates will not need to carry watch as there will be a clock in every exam hall.
- Candidates will be allowed to carry the booklets for their papers after the exam.
- Candidates will not be allowed in the exam hall if they fail to provide UGC NET Admit Card and Photo Identification.
