On 29th September 2015, the National Institutional Ranking Framework was approved by the MHRD and was been launched by the Honorable Minister of Human Resource Development. The methodology to rank the Institutes draws the overall recommendation that was arrived at by Core Committee set up by MHRD. The broad parameters for the ranking covered are Teaching, Learning and Resources”, “Research and Professional Practices”, “Outreach and Inclusivity” “Graduation Outcomes”, and “Perception”. With these parameters, the Institutions have been ranked across the country. The list of the best Management colleges is mentioned below.

 

IIM Bangalore has marked its position at the top of the list. These reliable rankings have been given taking careful considerations like the Student: Regular teacher ratio, the number of faculties who have a doctoral degree, library facilities like annual expenditure and library resources, metric for teaching and innovation, etc.
