Tamil Nadu Board SSLC, also referred to as the Tamil Nadu State Class 10 Board Exam, has released the tentative dates for the SSLC Exam, 2022. SSLC is the certificate given for all the students who have successfully completed their Class 10 state board examination. TN Board Class 10 Exams for the year 2021 had been cancelled. The Tamil Nadu Government has cancelled the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) Class 10 board exams because of the surge in Covid-19 cases. The exams were earlier scheduled to commence from 3rd May 2021.

Meanwhile, the Class 10 exams for 2020 that were to start on 1 June 2020 following the revision of the exam dates due to the lockdown were scheduled to commence on 15 June 2020. The exams were also expected to end on 25 June 2020.

The Tamil Nadu Class 10th revised Timetable for 2020 is released online at the official site by the Directorate of Government Examinations, Tamil Nadu. Students can visit the official website and get access to the schedule for TN Board Class 10. The exams for this year were expected to commence from 27 March 2020, which, however, got postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak and the following lockdown. Tamil Nadu SSLC Date-Sheet for Class 12 2021-22

The Directorate of Government exams, Tamil Nadu released the exam Date-sheet for Class 10 SSLC Exams, 2022. This year, the Board has decided to conduct two sets of revision tests, prior to the Board Exams. The Education Minister, Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi, announced that the Revision Tests are to be held from January 19, 2022 to January 28, 2022 and the next slot is scheduled in between March 21, 2022 and March 29, 2022 The Final Board SSLC Class 10 Exams are to be conducted in the month of May, 2022. The Board has also announced, that in case the Final Exams get cancelled like last year, owing to the pandemic, the marks obtained in these Revision Tests will be used to prepare the Final Results.

Tamil Nadu State Board SSLC Revised Date-Sheet 2020

Once the official dates are released for the TN Board SSLC Exams 2022, we will update them. As the exam timetable is released, students can collect their hall tickets from their respective schools, and also download and take a print out from the official websites.

Last year the Education Department of Tamil Nadu Board had declared the exam timetable pretty early so that the students can prepare for their board exams in a better way. Students could download the timetable from the official website and prepare accordingly. Students can refer to the Tamil Nadu Textbooks Samacheer Kalvi to understand the concepts thoroughly.

As per the final Date-sheet released by the Directorate of Government Examinations, the exams started from 14th of March 2019 and ended on 29th of March 2019 with the duration of each exam for 2 ½ hours.
