- The UP Board has cancelled the Class 12 English exam in 24 districts after the question paper was leaked in Balia. The exam, which was scheduled to be held from 2pm to 5.15 pm on March 30th 2022 has been cancelled in Agra, Mainpuri, Mathura, Aligarh, Ghaziabad, Bagpat, Badaun, Shahjahanpur, Unnao, Sitapur, Lalitpur, Mahoba, Jalaun, Chitrakoot, Ambedkarnagar, Pratapgarh, Gonda, Gorakhpur, Azamgarh, Ballia, Varanasi, Kanpur Dehat, Etah and Shamli. However, the students in the other 51 districts of the state have been allowed to take the exams as scheduled. The Director of Secondary Education, Vinay Kumar Pandey has said that the fresh date for the Intermediate English exam in these 24 districts will be announced soon.
- UPMSP has made the pre-board examinations compulsory this year.
- The dates for the UPMSP Class 12 Board Examinations, 2022 are out.
- The UPMSP has released the Intermediate Marks Improvement Exam Result Year 2021.

About the UP 12th Board
The Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh, also known as Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad (UPMSP), is the body that is responsible for regulating and conducting Board Examinations for Class 12 students in the state. All Exams under the UP 12th Board are conducted by the Board of High School and Intermediate Education Uttar Pradesh. This board was established in 1921 and conducted its first Exam in 1923. The headquarters of UP Board is located in Allahabad.
Notably, every year 25 – 30 lakh students appeared for the Class 12 Exam, which is conducted by the UPMSP. The number is among the highest in the country. However, the UP Board Intermediate Exam is quite an important Exam and is meticulously conducted. The board maintains some level of strictness and issues guidelines that are to be followed by both the schools and the students.
